At Big Z Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textile purchase. If your fabric or upholstery supplies do not meet your expectations, you may return un-cut and un-washed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your fabric is in its original condition, has not been cut or altered, and was not purchased as a clearance or final sale item.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the fabric to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping via your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned yardage, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
